Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of the FreshSpot app. By using the app, you agree to them. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the maker of FreshSpot.

A personal logbook, not medical advice

FreshSpot is a personal logbook. It does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, or medication instructions. Follow your prescriber's directions.

The records, schedules and reminders in FreshSpot are the ones you enter. You decide what to record.

The 14-day trial

The trial is FreshSpot's own. It starts when you save your first log, lasts 14 days, and opens everything in the app. It needs no card and never charges you.

The subscription

After the trial, you can keep everything with one yearly subscription. Apple bills the subscription to your Apple Account, and it renews automatically each year until you cancel it.

To stop the next renewal, cancel in your Apple Account's subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

One medication stays free

Without a subscription, one medication stays free and fully working, forever. You choose which one, and you can change your choice later in Settings. Your other medications become view only: their full history stays, and the CSV export includes every record. Nothing is deleted.

Apple's license terms

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of FreshSpot.

Limitation of liability

FreshSpot is provided as is. We do not promise that the app will be free of errors or that every reminder will arrive, because reminders depend on your iPhone's settings.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss that comes from relying on the records, schedules or reminders in the app. If we are liable for something, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for FreshSpot in the 12 months before the claim.

Some places do not allow these limits. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law says we cannot limit.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
