Email supportExport a CSV
In FreshSpot, tap the gear button to open Settings. Under Your data, tap Export CSV, then choose where to send the file. The file includes every record, for every medication. Export is free forever.
Restore a purchase
Open Settings, go to Subscription, and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
Move to a new phone
Your records travel in your device backups. Set up your new iPhone from a backup of your old one, and your FreshSpot records come with it.
The trial state follows your Apple Account, so a new iPhone or a reinstall does not restart the trial.
A subscription belongs to your Apple Account too. If FreshSpot does not show it on the new iPhone, use Restore purchases.
Turn reminders and private notifications on or off
Reminders
Reminders use iPhone notifications. To turn them on, open Settings in FreshSpot, tap Notifications, then tap Allow reminders.
To turn reminders off, or back on after you declined them, open the iPhone Settings app, tap Notifications, then tap FreshSpot.
Private notifications
Private notifications are on by default. With them on, your lock screen shows a reminder, never a medication name, and widgets show a count instead of names. To change this, open Settings in FreshSpot and, under Privacy, turn Private notifications on or off.
Delete everything
Open Settings. Under Your data, tap Delete everything. FreshSpot asks you to confirm: tap Delete everything again to erase every record on your iPhone. This cannot be undone.
To keep a copy, tap Export CSV first in the same sheet before you delete.
